yeah i'm out.... for a lil bit

My computer (namely my monitor) last night, while in a scrim decided to shit itself by flicking in and out of the graphics of cs like over and over and then following that everything on my comp froze and i had to restart and when i restarted, my comp was laggy, the resoultion was all stretched and cs wont run plus even the icons on my desktop were arranged differently to what i had them so i was like wtf. pre sure it has something to with my display adapters/driver (forgive me, if its the wrong wording as i am horrible with this stuff ) and nvidia is being all gay.

Hopefully wont be out for long

try installing drivers again.. but if graphics a fucked then yes most likely your graphics card happen to me about 2 months ago

That sounds very Graphics Card related.

If you have access to another monitor try connecting that one and see if it makes a difference.

Also, like Rum said. Re-install the drivers... Sometimes they just cock up...

Sorry to hear that man, think mines on the way out too, everything just keeps getting slower, yet my ram/hd/cpu are all ticking along nicely. Its a few years old so may just use it as an excuse to get a new vid card

Make sure that when you install the new drivers that you remove the old ones first through device manager.

update; thanks for help everyone, tried updating, rolling back drivers and uninstalling and reinstalling them. no luck, its something deeper and more nerdy. maybe either ram related or my computer need a format

Try telling your computer you'll touch it, it gave me graphic images, might have the same effect

or delete your avatar... maybe that's why your computer is getting the shits.
