hahaha amz yeah i guess its ugly for some but i like the look lol. and i dont know where u got that price list from but the 888 is more ex the the 2000 http://www.itestate.com.au/pages/product/pdt_major_product_list.faces?BeanName=majorProductListAction
thats were i get my shit from but yeah, i like the 888 cause there are 2 fans that blow in where the board, cpu and card goes and one that sucks out the back. with the 2000 there are more fans that blow in but the one that sucks out is at the very top and i dont realy like the set up as much.
yeah woffle i just looked at them and i like them cases, i dont know ay, there is so many out there. ill have a look round

I would say either they trippin on some good shit, or they dont update their prices very often...
try pc case gear, they dont have the 888 showing as in stock but the 2000 is $649 instead of $659 at the link you sent. Maybe send them a request for a quote if you really want it

question: Does anyone know a case that can run 2 psu's at the same time? Is this even possible? I think it'd be pretty sweet. That way there might be a possibility of running a couple of the new nvidia cards in sli lol.

the GT 480's suck down retarded amounts of power... ie more than my current rig. lol
only thing is that while they are all at least 6 pci-e connections i dont know if the cards you want are 6 or 8 pin connections, so best for ya to check out a bit more what card your getting etc to see if they are right or not.
Either that or go for (5.25 bay internal psu): Toughpower 450w Toughpower 650w
But if your bent on getting a case with two actual power supplies then try: Lian Li something CM Stacker STC-t01
To me there are too many issues around 2 seperate power supplies to make it worth while (heat/power/noise/redundancy). If you want 2 psu's then go for the Toughpower option before getting two completely standalone psu's and trying to get them to work. In all honesty though getting one GOOD psu will just get rid of all the issues, will be quieter, produce less heat in the case etc.
ps. fwiw - a tri sli 480 rig sucks about 1550w slightly overclocked and about 1300-1400w standard

jst get a beasty single unit psu ive got the toughpower 850 and that has no problems running sli/corssfire (standard)

bahaha yeah you can get 1500w psu and its better to get one IMO.
cases are all personaly preference really but some cases ave better features then other and better cooling. pretty much just find something that you like and something that will fit your requirements. no need to be bitching about them i think haha

yeah.. but if a case is fugly then u cant buy it.. cos then ur fugly...

hahaha does anyone have a pic of reapers case? but i lol'd to amz
yeah but the idea of 2 psu's i think is stupid, the new psu's now days have heaps of power, always ways to make things work, only person i seen with 2 psu's was some guy with crazy liquid nitrogen cooling system and he had a extra scrap of metal welded onto the side of his box to fit it lol the thing ppl are willing to do for cooling lol

ln2 is cool, quite literally, but the people that do that are typically electrical engineers that want to know what the maximum physical speed they can get. Or they are just one of the freaky folders (see folding @ home)
and two psu's makes complete sense, i have a computer at home with redundant 320w psu's, doesnt get used often but they are there for a reason.
The other factor to take into account is that some "1000 watt" psu's cant handle dual or even tri sli. It really depends on how many amps the 12v rails can handle. For a single 470/480 you will need at least 40-50 amps on the 12v's and for a dual setup your looking around the 60 possibly 70 amps, yet alone a tri-setup needing around 80-90 (most psu's only get up to 80).
On the wattage side of things the new 480gtx's run around 250-300watts a piece. cpu would be anywhere from 80-140w, 6 fans @ ~5w each is 30w, 3 hard drives @ ~10w is 30w. Plus anything else that you may have in the system. So dual 480's is around 800w, tri around 1100w and quad around 1400w.

yeah clown must be a big difference in our cases to be such a difference. different cpu's must get hotter then others but yeah. my tower is pretty shit

Amz, coulda shown you the quad-sli benchies but no point as they only do around 43k in 3dmark vantage and the tri-sli does around 37k. Until the drivers are more mature and can actually run games (the quad-sli drivers dont let you play games yet) then aint no point showing it
