I'm pretty sure a retarded leper ethiopian with no left pinkie finger, using esp to talk to aliens, who then abduct george bush, tell him what the retarded leper ethiopian with no left pinkie finger wanted to search, return him to earth, wait for george bush to realise that he needs to turn the computer on (after 30 mins of staring at the computer saying "turn on"), re-abduct him, lobotomise him to get the answer then send the message back to the retarded leper ethiopian with no left pinkie finger, would have faster internet than me, but maybe im wrong.

| My internet is okay... Reckons it takes 3 seconds to download a song (5mb) 17sec for a 35mb video clip 6 minutes for a 800mb movie. I downloaded a 1.32gb movie the other day in 48 minutes. | |

| Technically: Jitter is the time variation of a periodic signal in electronics and telecommunications, often in relation to a reference clock source. Jitter may be observed in characteristics such as the frequency of successive pulses, the signal amplitude, or phase of periodic signals. Jitter is a significant, and usually undesired, factor in the design of almost all communications links (e.g., USB, PCI-e, SATA, OC-48).
Laymans terms: How much your ping varies or changes.
In plagues test the 42 jitter means his ping during the test jumped anywhere from 51-93 as the minimum and maximum. Assuming its evenly spread. If its not evenly spread it could mean that his average is 72 but there was one of the results that spiked to 114.
Yours however IGK is a constant 24ms and only went up or down from that time by 1ms. So a stable connection.
Also IGK, it may not download fast as what the test shows if your seeding/uploading above what your connection can handle. Everthing that you download has an overhead on the upload rate. IE if you download at 100kbit/s there will more than likely be around 10kbit/s being uploaded to make sure that what your downloading is being downloaded correctly.
So when you take that overhead compared to your traffic. If you set the max upload speed across all connections to say 20kbit/s and your connection can only handle 25kbit/s. Its going to either slow down the upload or wont be able to error check as much of download and need to slow that down to compensate.
The 10% overhead is just a generalisation for FTP connections, dont know what overhead there is for P2P or torrent files sorry. May need to reduce the upload rate to get a bit of speed back.

| Yeah I do that. My best download rate was 1.2mb/s
Was uploading at max 2kb/s. Really exciting to watch it go that high after what I had before, where I got like max 180kb/s download and it took 3 hours to download a movie.
