OMG HELP

So today, in the morning, for the first time ever my computer blue screened :O :O :O

I was highly dissapoint!

What do I do?

take a screenshot and post it here. need to look at it. Before there are smart arse answers about "cant screenshot a blue screen" use a camera so long as the text is still visible.

Sometimes its just a driver conflict error that needs the drivers updating, may not be BSOD may just be BSOFAT

there is a debugging program from windows that once a BSOD occurs you can load up the crash dump and it will give you details on what was potentially the cause. it will not be totally clear as to whats wrong but thats what google is for as well

it will tell you if their is a driver causing it and it will give you the name of it.

dont panic man, its not the end of the world. as far as i know your no overclocking so we can rule that out so my best guess it what woffle said, prob a driver conflict of some sort

So I started downloading the thing it told me to Snowmann, then left for work. (This was at about 9 this morning) Came home just now, 2:30pm to find my download stuck at 99% T_T
So now starting it again haha should be done soon, but gotta go out again before it finish *sigh*

Anyway with luck it wont fail again and I'll have the result up tonight ;D

K so I downloaded and installed the Windows Symbols thing.
But I can't find where to get WDG the debugging tools thing

are you sure that you read through and followed all instructions to the letter?
i had no problem when i first did it.

did it return any kind of information?

Have you rubbed your computer nicely and told it you'd never want it to change??
