Okay so is there a way to find out somebodies IP address through facebook and if so then is there a way to find out where they live through their IP?

Hmm yeah me and some friends reported it. but incase i wanted to find out who it was because we have our suspicions... If they entered this website(and i knew roughly what time) Would you be able to see? Like no account or nothing.. but they just clicked the link to the forum website?
