Is it possible to collect all the maps/files that are in the server rotation, and place them in a file that can be downloaded externally (I.e. out of game)?
This would make connection time to the server quicker for anyone whos got all the files...

Could do, the maps can be downloaded from http://dead-on-arrival.org/cstrike/ for the time but as you can see there are fuck loads of maps on there that aren't on the servers rotation.
