New mapping part to the forum

Hey everyone, this is the new part for discussing the mapping competition and when its setup, where you put your map to be considered for the comp.

Crimson, Devilish, Electron, and Mystic will be moderating and running this part of the site. Any questions best to leave it for them

Otherwise im sure there will be a post from one of them soon about what will be happening with the mapping comp.
