Why dont you just get server protection such as KAC (Kigen Anti Cheat) or RCONLock, they stop this exploit from being able to be used. KAC also has a global ban list (much like valve) although they dont take 3 months to ban someone.

After reading Broken's ban report here I googled the Steam ID and found that Scott doesn't just like to crash DOA and TFG servers, but other random servers too.

have a look use it you might have to do a re install to make it run better but up to you.
