Fodder's Blurbs!

Just thought I'd pop in here, been stayin away from all this on purpose, one cos there's enuff goin on all the time and two cos Crimson, Electron and crew were running the show. We'll look at the end results that are presented to us in the usual way, IE if they dont fit the DOA criteria, they'll get nowhere lol. I hope you guys are doin what I normally do, IE, look at someones map for entry, tell the makers it's too big, or too dark, too many levels, or too complicated, or textures too lary and colourful etc etc.

It's no good for the mappers to have their map presented in the end and just have it rejected for one or more of the above reasons eh. Theres enuff guys involved to comment on the maps to give the mappers feedback, so they can make appropiate changes if required eh. Some mappers won't want to point out faults in their competitors maps lol, so maybe feedback is required from non mappers?. Theres plenty of peeps been criusin this topic, so get their feedback maybe?

The initial plan was for all that to happen, come up with a good bunch of finished maps that fit the DOA criteria, present them to us, and the finals would go from there.

Meeting our standard criteria is crucial, one so they qualify and may win the comp, two, so the map will end up on the server, and three its a positive thing for the mapper, no buzz for the mapper if we take one look at it and say "NUH"

This might all be happening anyway lol, just thought I'd reinforce it.
